Privacy and Security

What information we take, why, where it is kept and who it is shared with.

Who runs this shop

All the services offered in this shop belong to and are operated by our company, whose details are shown above.

What we collect

When you create an account or fill in a form or survey in the shop, we collect some personal details by the nature of the work: for example your name and surname, company details, telephone number, address and email address.

From time to time we may send customers and members information about campaigns, new products and promotional offers. You can choose whether to receive these when you sign up, and change that choice later in your account details or through the link in any such message.

How the details are used and shared

Personal details you send us electronically are not disclosed to third parties outside the purposes and scope set out in our user agreement.

To identify problems with the system and to resolve quickly any problem or dispute about the service, we record and use our members' IP addresses. IP addresses may also be used to identify users in general terms and to gather broad demographic information.

Beyond the purposes set out in the membership agreement, we, or the people we work with, may also use the details requested for direct marketing. Personal details may also be used to contact you when necessary.

We undertake to keep confidential information strictly private and confidential, to treat this as a duty of secrecy, and to take every necessary measure and exercise due care to keep it confidential and to prevent all or any part of it entering the public domain, being used without authorisation, or being disclosed to a third party.

Card security

Your card details are never stored in our system. The page where you pay is encrypted: look for the padlock in your browser's address bar, which shows that you are on a secure page and that what you enter is protected.

To protect card holders against fraud, the payment, billing and delivery details of orders paid online are checked. For this reason the financial and address or telephone details of a customer ordering for the first time may be verified before the order is prepared and delivered.

Only you can see and change the details you give when you create an account. As long as you keep your sign-in details safe, nobody else can reach or change your information.

Links to other websites

The shop may link to other websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of sites reached through those links.

When details may be disclosed

In the following limited cases we may disclose users' details to third parties outside the terms of this policy: to comply with obligations under laws, decrees, regulations and other legal rules issued by a competent authority; to fulfil and enforce the membership agreement and our other agreements with users; when a competent administrative or judicial authority requests information in the course of a properly conducted investigation; and when disclosure is necessary to protect users' rights or safety.

Email

Never write your card number or your passwords in an email to us about an order. Information in an email can be seen by third parties, and we cannot guarantee the security of information sent by email.

Cookies

We may collect information about visitors and how they use the website by means of cookies — small text files a website sends to your browser to be kept on your device. Cookies help us gather statistics about how many people visit the site, why and how often they visit, and how long they stay, and help produce advertising and content tailored to users.

Changes to this policy

We may change this policy at any time by publishing it on the site or by email. A change takes effect on the date it is published.
