Delivery and Returns

When your order leaves, your right to return it, and how to use it.

This is an English reading of our Turkish cancellation and returns terms, so that you can understand them before you order. The Turkish text on the "Kargo ve İade" page is the legally binding one; if the two ever differ, the Turkish text applies. If anything here is unclear, write to us and we will explain it.

Delivery

Orders are handed to the courier the next working day. Delivery takes about 3 working days within Türkiye and about 5 working days abroad. For custom work the timing is agreed with you in advance, and the piece ships as soon as it is finished.

Delivery charges are paid by the buyer unless stated otherwise. The delivery charge for your order, and any free-delivery threshold that applies to it, is shown in your basket before you pay.

Every order is delivered to the address you give, within the legal limit of 30 days. If it has not been delivered within that time, you may end the contract.

The product is delivered complete, as described in your order, together with any guarantee certificate or instructions it comes with.

If a product becomes impossible to supply, we will tell you in writing within 3 days of finding out, and refund the full amount within 14 days.

Checking your parcel

Please check the parcel before you accept it from the courier. Do not accept a parcel that is crushed, broken or has torn packaging; ask the courier to record the damage. A parcel you accept is taken to have arrived undamaged. If you intend to return a product, do not use it, and send the invoice back with it.

Your right to cancel

You may cancel your purchase within 14 days of the day the product is delivered to you, or to the person or address you named, without giving any reason and without any penalty. To do so, tell us within those 14 days in writing — by email, by registered post or by fax — using the contact details below.

The costs of returning a product under this right of withdrawal are paid by us.

The product must be returned unused, complete and undamaged, in its box and packaging and with any standard accessories, together with its invoice. If the invoice was issued to a company, the company's return invoice must be sent with it; a return without it cannot be completed.

We will refund the full amount within 10 days of receiving your notice of cancellation, and collect the product within 20 days. Card refunds are paid back to the card; your bank may take a further 2 to 3 weeks to show the money in your account.

If the product loses value, or cannot be returned, because of your fault, you are responsible for that loss in proportion to your fault. You are not responsible for changes caused by using the product in the normal way during the cancellation period.

If a return takes an order below the limit of a campaign it qualified for, the campaign discount is cancelled.

Products that cannot be returned

As the Distance Contracts Regulation provides, the right to cancel does not apply to products made to your order or to your personal specifications, to goods that spoil quickly or may pass their use-by date, to goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once their packaging has been opened, to goods that are mixed inseparably with other goods after delivery, and to digital content or services delivered immediately.

If a delivery cannot be made on time

If events beyond our control prevent delivery on time, we will tell you. You may then cancel the order, ask for a similar product instead, or wait until the obstacle has passed. If you cancel, the amount is refunded within 14 days.

If payment is not made or a card is misused

If the price is not paid, or the payment is cancelled with the bank, our obligation to deliver ends. If, after delivery, it turns out that the card used was used without its owner's permission and the bank does not pay us, the product must be returned to us within 3 days, at our cost.

Payment

You can pay by credit or debit card, in a single payment or in instalments where your card and bank allow it. The amount is taken from your card when you place the order. If you choose instalments, any instalment interest is shown to you on the payment page before you confirm, and is added to what your card is charged.

The law that applies

Sales and deliveries are governed by the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, the Distance Contracts Regulation (Official Gazette 27.11.2014/29188) and the other laws in force. By placing an order you accept the preliminary information form and the distance sales contract shown to you before payment.
