Two years against manufacturing defects, and a repair promise that outlasts them.

What we promise

Every product we sell is guaranteed against manufacturing and material defects for two years from the day it is delivered. A faulty item is repaired free of charge within that period, or replaced if it cannot be repaired. The repair and the postage both ways are ours to pay.

When the two years are up the equipment is still not on its own: we keep spare parts in stock and we repair what we made. That work is charged for, and the terms are on the repair page.

What it covers

A weld coming apart, a rivet or hinge failing, stitching giving way, a crack in the steel that came from manufacture, and a product that does not match its stated dimensions.

What it does not cover

Ordinary marks of use, colour change from fire, and surface rust on carbon steel are not covered. Carbon steel needs looking after by its nature; that is not a fault.

Nor is damage from use the product was not made for, from outside force, or from a repair or modification carried out by somebody else.

How to claim

Write to us from the contact page. Include your order number and a photograph of the problem, and in most cases we can tell you what happens next without you sending the item anywhere.

This guarantee does not limit your rights under Turkish consumer law.
