Ordering, delivery, returns and what the equipment is made from.

How do I place an order?

Use Products in the menu to browse the categories, or the search box at the top of the page if you already know what you are looking for. Add the item to the basket and go to checkout; you can order without opening an account.

When will my order arrive?

Orders are handed to the courier the next day and take one to three working days on average. For custom work the timing is agreed with you in advance, and the piece ships as soon as it is finished.

How do I track my order?

The tracking number is emailed to you when the parcel is collected. If you ordered without an account, the Order tracking page shows the status from your order number and the email address you ordered with.

Is payment secure?

Your card details are never held on this site. Payment is taken on the payment page of iyzico, the payment institution we work with, and the 3-D Secure step is completed with your own bank.

Can I see prices in my own currency?

Yes. The currency control at the top of the page shows prices in Turkish lira, dollars, euros or pounds.

Do you ship abroad?

Shipping outside Türkiye is not open on the site at the moment. Write to us from the contact page with the address you want it sent to and we will work out the postage from the weight of the item.

Can I return something?

You may return an item within 14 days of receiving it, unused and with its invoice. The full terms and the address to send notice to are on the Shipping and returns page.

What are the products made from?

Steel products are made from 304 stainless or carbon steel; which one, and the thickness, are stated on each product's own page. The wood, leather and fabric used in the other ranges are stated in the same place.

Will you make something for me?

If what you have in mind is steel, wood, leather or fabric, we will make it. Write to us from the contact page or through Instagram.
