The Galler Roast is a campfire grill made by hand, with a locking spit. Chicken, duck, fish and vegetables turn on it steadily, so every side cooks evenly. It comes as two legs, one cooking body and one securing fork.

About this product
The legs are sharpened to drive into the ground, and the design is what stops the spit slipping or turning while you cook.
The main body that the chicken mounts to and the fixing fork are always made from 304 stainless steel, whichever material you choose. The rest of the product is blackened carbon steel or 304 stainless steel, according to your choice.
When carbon steel is chosen, the 304 parts are bright metal and the body is black, so the product looks two toned at first. From the first fire the 304 surface darkens with soot and over time it blackens like the rest of the product. This is a natural process, not a fault.
