Triangle — a triangular blade. It was designed for fishing, and it is the head to choose for spear fishing.
Fang — a long, narrow blade, barbed down one edge and serrated down the other.
Claw — a broad blade with two pronounced rearward barbs and a serrated edge.
Duo — a two-pronged head, each prong barbed on the inside.
